Speaker: Rachelle Mallik, MA, RD, LDN is an award-winning registered dietitian and founder of The Food Therapist, LLC, a private practice specializing in nutrition counseling and education for reproductive health. She empowers clients through evidence-based nutrition interventions for fertility and pregnancy, using a weight-inclusive approach. Rachelle is a sought-after speaker, educating healthcare providers and individuals on nutrition's role in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation. Holding a Bachelor’s with Honors in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University, Rachelle first worked as a patient coordinator at the Weill Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine in New York, gaining valuable insights into fertility and prenatal care. Complementing her clinical skills, Mallik earned a master’s in Food Studies from New York University where she focused on food culture, dietary patterns and nutrition in the US and internationally. Rachelle is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Women's Health Dietetic Practice Group, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and the Nutrition Special Interest Group (NutriSIG) of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Rachelle just started her term as the Vice Chair for ASRM’s NutriSIG, and is currently serving her third term as the reproductive nutrition content expert for the Nutrition Care Manual Board of Editors.
